The Gea house is located on a moderately consolidated space facing a plaza. The very geometry of the property, with a curved section, gave us a starting point for the project to go along with the functional program and the desire to isolate the house from the street. The house opens primarily onto the interior garden. The street-side facade is covered with a double skin of wood, in a way that filters the view of the interior.
The house enjoys quality finishing materials that provide great benefits and favor the architectural design.
