The Vert house has a very traditional style, with an agreed-upon functional plan, in spite of being very extensive. It is located high on the mountain in Sant Llorenç Savall, and has the typical topography of the area, with steep slopes and few flat areas. The primary decision was to determine the main layout of the house and the location of its main entrance. It was designed around a large interior cloistered patio, around which run the rooms of the house. This allowed us to create a large plan, as one of the facades of the cloister helps to support the mountain itself, so a part of the roof is limited to the width of the walkway. The design is based principally around the ground floor, or that which is at the level of the patio or cloister. One of the buildings is the northwest wing, which has an upper floor that is dedicated mainly to bedrooms for the children. In this wing there is also a half-basement level where the garage and cellar are located.
